Markus Spencer

I’m Markus Spence,  a filmmaker and U.S. Army veteran with a passion for creating bold and beautiful stories. As a graduate from Towson University’s Film Program, I've been constantly expanding my storytelling abilities by seeking all opportunities to capture all forms of media, from short films to corporate videography. This experience has left me not only inspired,  but also extremely motivated to compete with the very best in the industry.

Through my company Oasis XS, I’ve built a creative foundation rooted in precision, emotion, and purpose. From the sidelines of NFL Films’ Hard Knocks to narrative, documentary, commercial, and social media projects, I’ve learned how to merge the technical with the cinematic.  Blending the discipline I gained in the Army with the artistry of visual storytelling.

My goal is to create media that resonates with the intended audience with a timeless look.  Telling stories that challenge perception, spark emotion, and stick with you even after the screening is over. I don’t just want to make movies, commercials, and documentaries. I want to redefine what they all can be.
